Annual plan cancellations after 15 days receive a prorated refund based on usage. Monthly plan refunds apply only if no benefits have been used.
Revisions
We reserve the right to update our Terms of Service and this policy at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. If you disagree, cancel your subscription.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your subscription without notice and provide a prorated refund, except in cases of Terms of Service violations, fraud, misuse, or harmful behavior, in which case no refund will be given.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of Finsmart Platforms. Our total liability will not exceed the last Subscription Fee you paid. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and will survive termination.
